A strength class powered by global beats and intentional movement. Join us for a full-body strength workout that focuses on controlled resistance, tempo, and rhythm — all to a curated playlist featuring fan favorites like Bad Bunny, Afrobeat classics, Latin rhythms, R&B, and more.
We’ll be using hand weights and optional equipment throughout to build strength, stability, and intentional control — if you have your Kick It ankle/wrist weights, bring them! Not required — all levels welcome.
