Whether you prefer to binge it in a weekend or spread it out over several weeks, you’ll have 90 days to complete the course- and ongoing support from our team and community the entire time.

No experience? No problem. You don’t need a fitness background or prior teaching experience to get certified. We’ll guide you through every step—from learning the method to building your confidence as a leader. All you need is the desire to move, grow, and empower others.

You’ll find everything you need inside the instructor portal! Once certified, you’ll have the option to subscribe and get brand new classes to learn and teach confidently. We update the content regularly, so you’ll always have fresh ideas to keep your classes fun, effective, and on brand.

Yes, to maintain your status as an active Kick It instructor and continue using the method, we require re-certification every year. This ensures you're up to date with any program updates, brand standards, and continuing education. Don’t worry- we’ll remind you when it’s time and make the process smooth!
