We don't just leave you hangin'. Once you register, you will be invited into our private Facebook group where we continue the conversation and where you can interact with instructors from all over the world.
In-Person Summits
Twice a year, we host our in-person instructor summits where we get to engage with you IRL! This is a fun day of training, learning and community building.

Not a required part of the process, but a great way to connect and learn in-person with the instructor community!
Get started in 3 easy steps:
Step one:
Register for the Level 1 Kick It Certification (or join the wait list if registration is not open for the next cohort yet!).
Step two:
Access your instructor dashboard! This is the homebase for all of our instructors. Your dashboard includes step-by-step modules that come with videos, downloadable PDFs, practice quizzes and more.
This can be done at your own pace!
Step three:
After you review all of the materials in your instructor dashboard, you will submit a video submission demonstrating you understand the basic concepts of teaching a Kick It class. This is where you will receive 1:1 feedback and direct coaching from the Kick It team. You will have 6 months from registering to submit this video.
Once you are certified, you are off to teach!

While teaching is not required, we are here to support you if you are interested in putting your Kick It Certification to use!
In-Person
- Outdoor pop up classes

- Please note that all instructors must submit a teaching request form and get approval before teaching at a new location.
Virtually
- Audition to teach on our virtual platform!
- Have the ability to teach for corporate clients, private events, charity classes and our virtual membership!
- Please note that any instructor interested in teaching virtually must be teaching on our platform first.

IT ALL STARTED WHEN…
Eliza was teaching her weekly classes and saw a real opportunity for other women to teach the Kick It method. Not only has the Kick It certification become a learning experience to teach this class, but it has become a leadership and personal development experience,
tailored for people of all levels.
To start, there were just 15 instructors certified, and over the past few years, Kick It has welcomed over 400 women from around the world, has been recognized by national publications, and has even expanded to On-Demand. What was once a passion project has now turned into a well-respected brand that is on a mission to empower females, better known as the Fempire®.
