Class Description:
Kick It: Join Gabby for a 50 minute music-driven, kickboxing inspired method. This 13 round class will bring you from a warm up, to cardio and will end with mat work and a meditative cool down. Kick It provides change from the inside out, while also creating a fun and upbeat environment made for all levels.
Please note that limited yoga mats are available for class. Showers are available, but participants must bring their own towels.
