What to expect from the 2023 summit
Connection
Hosted by Eliza and the Kick It team, this summit is a an opportunity to come together, learn and connect with fellow instructors and leaders. Being a leader of any sort can sometimes feel like a lonely journey, but we are here to remind you that you have a community supporting you the entire way! Learn, grow and expand during this powerful day.
Growth
Marina, Naomi and Eliza will be hosting four different sessions during this summit. Each session is designed to stretch you out of your comfort zone, sharpen your skills as an instructor or leader and walk away with new skills that you can implement.
Strategy and tools
As an instructor or leader, it can feel challenging to understand how to actually put your skills to use in a meaningful way. Throughout our sessions, we will providing you with strategy and tools that you can implement and will touch upon topics like:
- How do I reach my target audience and connect with people?
- How do I truly build a community?
- How do I go beyond the sale and create a loyal community?
- How do I get strong retention in my classes, events or workshops?
- How do I find the confidence to lead?
- How do I manage imposter syndrome?
- How do I find the confidence to start from scratch or start over?

Marina Middleton

Naomi Rotstein
has been a personal trainer for the past 13 years.
After 8 years grinding away in the corporate gym world, I knew I was destined for more.
In 2017, I took the leap into entrepreneurship and began running my own successful personal training business. So, with an LLC, lots of courses, workshops and coaching, I fell in love with my new way of life.
My passion lies in helping fitness and wellness professionals create a clear path, additional income streams and moreover- a LIFE while running their business.
I am here every step of the way, with no BS strategies and a sprinkle of tough love so you can take action and have the life and career you’re obsessed with!
About Eliza
IT ALL STARTED WHEN…
Eliza was teaching her weekly classes and saw a real opportunity for other women to teach the Kick It method. Not only has the Kick It certification become a learning experience to teach this class, but it has become a leadership and personal development experience, tailored for people of all levels.
To start, there were just 15 instructors certified, and over the past few years, Kick It has welcomed over 400 women from around the world, has been recognized by national publications, and has even expanded to On-Demand. What was once a passion project has now turned into a well-respected brand that is on a mission to empower females, better known as the Fempire®.
